I am a sport and exercise psychology consultant, based in South-West London but working with athletes, performers, teams and businesses from around the world. I work with clients who want to perform at their best when it really matters. My approach focuses on psychological skills training, practice behaviours, skill acquisition, relationships and team dynamics to improve your performance as well as your wellbeing.
